Kickstarter program:

The Kickstarter program is ideal for newcomers or career changers who need a structured introduction to sustainable procurement.
This is not a predetermined training course, but is tailored to each individual’s level of knowledge. No more inefficient training sessions where you just have to listen to what you already know.
Unlike other training courses, we do not form teaching groups, but instead offer genuine 1:1 training. This means that we don’t hold lectures, but rather an intensive exchange takes place, which helps you to make particularly rapid progress.

In four weeks, you will build up a solid knowledge base together with an experienced consultant and receive a comprehensive introduction to all important aspects of sustainable procurement – from legal requirements to supplier management.

Scope: A fixed package of eight hours, flexibly divided over four weeks with one of our experienced JARO sustainability consultants.

On-demand coaching:

With our flexible on-demand coaching, you have full control: you decide when and how often you need support. Our experts are at your side at very short notice to clarify specific questions or overcome acute challenges.

This package is ideal for team leaders and specialists who value situational and needs-oriented support. We help you competently and discreetly with situational challenges and the flexibility of on-demand coaching allows you to take more or fewer sessions as required.

There are no fixed ongoing costs, apart from a basic monthly fee of €9.90. Scope: You receive a 1:1 session with a senior consultant at short notice at any time as required.
